What this site collects

This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, contact forms or third-party widgets. There is no newsletter and no user account. The only way to contact the workshop is by email.

Email correspondence

If you write to the email address above, your email address and message are stored in the workshop's email account for the purpose of replying. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract). Messages are kept as long as needed for the conversation, and deleted thereafter unless legally required to retain them.

Hosting (Netlify)

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94104, USA. When you visit the site, your browser automatically sends technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, time of access) to Netlify's servers. Netlify processes this data to deliver the site and to protect against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Netlify's privacy notice: www.netlify.com/privacy.

Web fonts (Google Fonts)

This site loads the typefaces "Fraunces" and "DM Mono" from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser sends a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of this request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent typographic presentation). Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.

Email provider (Microsoft / Outlook)

The workshop's email is hosted by Microsoft Corporation (Outlook.com / Microsoft 365). When you send a message, the content and metadata pass through Microsoft's servers, which may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability, under Articles 15–22 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Baden-Württemberg, this is the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (LfDI). To exercise any of these rights, write to the contact address above.
